Since 16th April we – SIA CREDITREFORM Rating – call the modern, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly class A office building “V118” in Riga, Krisjana Valdemara street 118, our new office home.

The building has received the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certificate, which is internationally recognized and is one of the most widely used green building rating systems in the world. During the construction of V118, large emphasis was put on recycling and environmentally friendly materials, as well as sorting and recycling of the construction waste.

The choice of the new office goes hand in hand with SIA CREDITREFORM Rating standards and care for the environment. Already now, we avoid unnecessary printing of documents by using their electronic versions. We also use the environmentally friendly Waterlogic water filtration device, therefore avoiding the use of plastic bottles.

We are pleased with the changes and look towards the future with great excitement!
